About us

Our prayer is that ESI establishes itself in another five Latin American countries in the next 5 years.
History Equipping Servants
The Gospel reached Latin America more than a hundred years ago and without a doubt is impacting most sectors of the continent. However, in recent years, the church is facing a very serious problem. It has become an easy target for false teaching that deviates from the Truth of God’s Word. To overcome this danger, the church needs pastors and leaders who are in love with our Lord Jesus, living pure lives and committed to honoring God by being true to His Scriptures and guiding the church according to His design. In 2002 we started «Equipping Servants International» (ESI). ESI is a ministry of mutual discipleship among pastors and leaders of different churches and denominations. We equip ESI participants in the systematic study of God’s Word, providing them with quality resources and training them in the use of these materials over the course of the three year ESI process.
esiinternacional

ESI is not a church, denomination or seminary. It is a ministry of mutual discipleship and pastoring of pastors and church / ministry leaders helping each one focus on Christ and His Word. We strive to walk in the Holy Spirit for the glory of God, strengthen the local church in its task of making disciples, and reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

By the grace of God, this ministry is currently serving the church in Bolivia, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil. Our prayer is that ESI will expand into every country in Latin America in the next 7 years.
