It is important to train church leaders to THINK (read, reflect) and LEARN (summarize, implications, applications).
We believe that the leaders of the church will be as effective and faithful to Christ as they are faithful to the Scriptures.
We believe that the Bible calls every believer to grow in Christlike character, in the understanding of the Bible and in the ability of the ministry (Romans 15:14).
